THE SITI CARD |

| Local
businesses and retailers have been asking for some time about ways
in which they can increase their revenue and help to engender customer
loyalty. The time is right to launch the SITI card scheme in St Ives.

| The objectives
of the scheme are to: |

encourage collaboration between local businesses to develop
a more attractive offering to current and potential customers,
to help drive business growth |

| |
increase the number of customers using the businesses in St
Ives, their frequency of usage and spend per head per visit |
| |
|
| |
grow the share of the area shopping and leisure market achieved
by St Ives to help promote and grow the St Ives brand
amongst existing local and potential customers |

|
| |
contribute towards providing an attractive retail environment
to a wide range of people from across the area, to attract more
of them to use the town on more occasions |

|
| |
an enhanced sense of community and loyalty towards St Ives |

It offers
the potential of increased sales; increased exposure via local newspapers,
SuggeStIves magazine, our web-site, networking and of course word-of-mouth.
Member businesses will be able to set their own level of benefit,
examples are: 5% discount; 10% discount; coffee refills; free glass
of wine with a meal for two etc.
Businesses will also be able to vary benefits as well as special offer
promotions Customers can collect the SITI Loyalty Card at any of the
members establishments or contact: -

| How will
it work? |
| |
| Holders
of the card will produce it on purchase, at any of the participating
outlets and be given the appropriate (current) offer. |

companies are participating? |
| |
A list
of participating companies will be shown on the www.siticard.co.uk
website.
Members will also display a sticker advising that they are participating
in the SITI Card Scheme.
SITI Card Scheme: Advantages of joining Increased sales through greater
exposure for businesses in the local press, the SITI web-site,
SuggeStIves magazine and also posters in shop/business windows.

Advertising regular promotion of the SITI
Loyalty Scheme through the Town Centre Managers column
in the News & Crier and features in SuggeStives magazine. |

SuggeStives magazine this is issued bi-monthly
and includes details of what is going on in the town together
with features on local businesses. There will also be the opportunity
to advertise in the magazine with SITI members receiving a considerable
discount. |

Increased footfall customers will be encouraged
to visit the town more often and to take advantage of timely
offers e.g. Mothers Day, Christmas, Halloween and Easter. |

Increased spend per head per visit the
appeal of a discount, special offer or other incentive will
increase the amount of money each customer spends per visit. |

SITI members. There will be an annual fee of £60 for non-members.
Businesses will not be required to join SITI to participate in the
scheme but those who do not will be unable to avail themselves of
the considerable benefits of SITI membership. |
